Hey everyone! Here in Alberta, we finally got hit with snow, just in time for Christmas! I’ve been regularly getting out for winter walks and enjoying the mild temperatures. I love when the snow and ice clings to every surface and creates a winter wonderland, it’s gorgeous. In the evening everything just glows, and it feels quite magical.
This week was a busy one, as I tackled my last 2 events in Lacombe and Red Deer. The past several months have been filled with long hours and hard work, and I am SO happy I got to share my art with everyone who came out to each event. I worked all year to get to this point, and I have truly enjoyed being so busy and productive! All of the support has been incredible and I feel so fortunate to be part of such a loving community! Thank you, as always, for allowing me to keep pursuing my passions, I am so grateful!
In case you missed me at a market season, this week I’ve got an online holiday sale happening on my Facebook page right now – you can find the full sale album HERE. ❤
I am SO excited for the upcoming year, and I can’t wait to share everything! This past year has been a whirlwind, but it looks like 2016 is going to be even busier. Between work, teaching art, upcoming shows, painting, travelling plans, another artist residency, and Andy’s busy work schedule, I’m going to try and keep my head on straight! I’ve got a few surprises happening, so follow along on the blog for updates.
In the meantime, this weekend, Andy and I are taking off to BC for the beginning of holidays. I’ve got a long list of things to do this week: laundry, packing, baking, wrapping, sleeping. I love it! I can’t wait to spend time with all of our friends and family! Finally, I’m just curious how much Justin Beiber I can get away with listening to on our long drive out to Kamloops. I love the holidays.
